I use Avast, and have a 64 bit operating system. There is also an option to Add Legacy Hardware, but I do not have enough knowledge to venture into this, without advice. This I am reluctant to do, unless it is upon advice of a trustworthy source. I have searched the internet and cannot find an answer, without going into the registry. I click ok on uninstall and it does nothing. I cannot uninstall this through the device manager. This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load theĭrivers required for this device. Reinstalling the driver might fix the problem.
